CT Tech Location: Potsdam, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,578 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: CT Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: New York License required Certifications: ARRT R, BLS Must-Have: - Experience in Adult Acute Care - Experience in Emergency Department - Proficiency in PACS - Experience with various CT procedures, including Abdomen, Pelvis, Chest, and Head without and/or with contrast - Ability to prepare and/or administer contrast media - Experience in Vascular CTA, Cervical, Lumbar, and Musculoskeletal trauma - Familiarity with thoracic imaging Description: This position is for a CT Tech in a busy general Radiology Department. The department covers in-patient exams, emergency department cases, and out-patient scheduled/walk-in exams. We serve patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics. The emergency department is a level III Trauma center. We provide coverage 24/7, ensuring variable shifts accommodate hours between 7 AM and 11 PM, seven days a week. Weekend rotation commitment is required. While this position primarily focuses on CT imaging, the ability to assist with general x-ray as needed is preferred. Experience with special procedures such as biopsies and drainage techniques is also beneficial. The candidate should be familiar with handling different types of patients and addressing a range of patient diagnoses.
