Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Johnson City, New
York, 13790! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nurse

36 Experience: Minimum of six (6) months to three (3) years of
nursing experience required. License: Current RN License
Certifications: BLS Certification; ACLS Certification preferred;
Relevant skills certification as required by the assigned unit.
Must-Have: Experience in cardiac telemetry, including familiarity
with cardiac IV and PO, cardiac drips, anticoagulants, CHF, CP,
arrhythmias, NSTEMI, STEMI, and post-operative care. Description:
The Registered Nurse (RN) protects, promotes, and optimizes health
and abilities. This includes the prevention of illness and injury,
and the alleviation of suffering through the diagnosis and
treatment of human responses, along with advocacy in the care of
individuals and families. The RN is responsible and accountable for
compliance with all standards of practice and professional
development. This is in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act,
relevant policies, and ethical standards. The RN promotes a caring
and healing environment for patient-centered care. The RN assesses,
plans, delegates, coordinates, implements, and evaluates nursing
care for a group of patients. They serve as a primary and/or
accountable nurse as designated by unit assignment considering
safety, effectiveness, competency, cost, and impact. The RN

management using available resources. The RN utilizes a working
knowledge of pharmacology and safely administers medications. They
share responsibility for effective resource utilization, including
staffing, time management, supplies, and services. The RN complies
with all nursing practice standards and regulatory requirements.

quality improvement initiatives. The RN engages in professional
development and continuing nursing education. They integrate
nursing research and current evidence into practice. The RN
provides a supportive learning environment for new employees and
