Trailblazer Staffing Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Watertown, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 01/26/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel OR RN 100 MILE RADIUS RULE 8 hour Days 13 weeks 2 years experience required Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Current NYS RN license Those without recent previous Operating room experience must participate and pass the six month Association of Operating Room Nursing Peri-operative 101 Education Program. Successful completion and passing grade on the final exam is mandatory and a condition of employment as an Operating room RN. BLS required ACLS preferred. Minimum one year medical/surgical experience preferred; preceptorship, charge and leadership abilities preferred for experienced RNs. Experienced RN will possess a thorough knowledge of nursing principles, ability to provide quality patient care, and ability to assess patient's needs, e.g. clinical, teaching, mental and spiritual. Must recognize safety issues to self and others and be able to assess and implement use of lifts to move patients in a safe manner.
