Key Responsibilities: - Administer respiratory therapy treatments including aerosol therapy, CPT/PEP, incentive spirometry, suctioning, MDI, and oxygen therapy - Manage BiPAP/CPAP, high-flow cannula, mechanical ventilation, and alarms - Perform EKGs, pulse oximetry, fit testing, pulmonary function screens, and arterial blood gas collection - Support BLS for adults, pediatrics, and neonates - Operate Soarian, MAK, and McKesson systems - Maintain documentation, follow safety protocols, and support departmental in-services Requirements: - Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program - NY Respiratory Therapy Permit or License - Registered Respiratory Therapist (NBRC) - BLS and ACLS (AHA, HSI, or Red Cross accepted) - Up to 3 years of experience preferred Preferred: - 1 year prior RT experience Skills: Detail-oriented, strong communication, critical thinking, collaboration, reliability, and technical expertise.
