The Van Duyn team is committed to providing quality care and diversified services with a professional team of caregivers.Duties/Responsibilities: ADONs will develop, organize, and oversee the nursing administrative day to day functions of the nursing services department of two units approximately 120 beds. Unit Managers will direct and supervise the clinical operations of a 60-bed unit Provide leadership to the interdisciplinary team to provide the highest quality care and services to residents of the facility.Requirements/Qualifications:Current New York State RN licensureACLS and/or CHPN preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent Customer Service skillNew Graduates are welcome to apply No Experience necessaryRegistered Nurse (RN) Benefits: Student Loan Forgiveness Program- let us help you!
