As a Reactor Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operation and maintenance of our energy production facilities. This role is critical in ensuring the safe and efficient production of energy, aligning with our commitment to providing sustainable and reliable power solutions. Oversee the daily operation of energy production reactors ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate and supervise the activities of reactor operators and maintenance staff. Monitor reactor operations and adjust controls to regulate power levels and energy production. Implement operational procedures including emergency or abnormal operational protocols. Participate in the development of operation plans and ensure adherence to all operational schedules and deadlines. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks of reactor equipment and systems. Prepare and review operational reports and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Train and develop team members, promoting a culture of safety and excellence. Strong understanding of reactor design and operational principles. Proficiency in safety and emergency response protocols. Ability to lead and manage a team under high-pressure conditions. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
