Job Description:
Constellation, a leading energy company, is seeking a dedicated
Operations Instructor / Senior Operations Instructor to enhance the
operational skills of our teams across various energy sectors
including power, natural gas, and renewable energy. In this role,
you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and leading
training programs that ensure our workforce is efficient,
knowledgeable, and prepared to meet the evolving demands of the
energy industry. You will play a crucial role in fostering a
culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within
Constellation. Develop comprehensive training modules and materials
specific to the energy industry. Conduct educational sessions on
operational best practices, safety standards, and regulatory
compliance. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and
adapt methods accordingly. Mentor and guide less experienced
trainers and operations staff. Stay updated with the latest
advancements in energy production and distribution technologies.
Collaborate with management to identify training needs and schedule
appropriate sessions. Lead by example and maintain a high standard
of ethics and compliance during all training activities. In-depth
knowledge of energy sector operations, including power generation,
oil and gas, and renewable energy systems. Strong teaching and
mentorship skills. Excellent verbal and written communication
skills. Ability to design and implement effective training and
development programs. Proficiency in using computer and database
systems for educational purposes. Medical Insurance Dental

Professional (CTDP) or equivalent Relevant industry certifications
such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM) are preferred.
