Position Type: PartTime | Mornings Transportation: Required Special
Skills: Hoyer lift / DME experience What Youll Do (Factoryville
Mornings) Make mornings work: safe transfers , steady personal care
, and an encouraging presence that keeps the day movingplus a
little fun with light video/computer games if the client is up for
it. Hoyer lift transfers and mobility assistance (DME confident)
Personal care & ADLs : bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene
Medication reminders and hydration prompts Meal preparation and
simple cooking Light housekeeping (tidy shared areas, dishes,
wipedowns) Transportation to local errands/appointments
Companionship and engagement (conversation or simple gaming)
MustHave Skills & Qualities Confident with Hoyer lift , gait belt,
and safe transfers Calm, patient communicator; dependable
followthrough Comfortable balancing ADLs , meal prep , and light
housekeeping Organized, punctual, and safetyfirst every shift
Requirements Valid Pennsylvania drivers license Proof of auto
insurance Reliable vehicle for transportation Must currently reside
in Pennsylvania 18 and eligible to work in the U.S. (background
screening) Physically able to assist with handson care , mobility ,
