At Constellation, a leader in energy solutions, we are looking for a Senior RX (Regulatory and Compliance) Services Specialist to join our Engineering & Maintenance team. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring our operations align with regulatory standards and maintaining operational excellence across our energy portfolios. As a Sr RX Services Specialist, you will oversee the development and implementation of compliance strategies, perform rigorous analysis and reporting, and act as a key advisor on regulatory matters affecting our business operations. Develop and implement comprehensive regulatory compliance strategies. Monitor regulatory developments and advise on the impacts to our operations. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Prepare detailed reports and analyses concerning regulatory compliance issues. Lead training sessions for staff on compliance procedures and standards. Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and ensure all compliance documentation is accurate and submitted on time. Strong understanding of energy regulations and standards (NERC/FERC) Proficiency in risk management and compliance software Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred. Any relevant NERC Compliance training certifications.
