Job Description Job Description Amphenol Pcd is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead sales efforts for our APCD product lines across the Central United States. This is a remote position, and candidates must currently reside in AZ or TX . Applicants outside of this region will not be considered. In this role, you will drive lead generation, develop customer accounts, and close new business to support our revenue growth goals. You’ll also leverage Amphenol Mil-Aero (AMAO) sales resources to expand account penetration and uncover new opportunities. Essential Functions: Lead account development, design-in activities, and market break-in initiatives for various product lines. Collaborate with sales teams and management to foster customer relationships that drive new business opportunities. Forecast and achieve monthly order targets; conduct monthly business performance analysis. Identify customer needs and market trends, building a short-, medium-, and long-term sales pipeline aligned with business targets. Manage proposal responses, including RFP requirements, content development, and coordination with internal teams. Support the development of sales collateral, deliver sales training, and assist with trade show activities. Additional duties as assigned. Required Skills / Qualifications: Self-sufficient and able to work independently while being a strong team player. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to time-sensitive customer needs. Effective communication and presentation skills. Willingness and ability to travel up to 35%, domestically and internationally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel. Background in Engineering, Marketing, or a relevant field. Years of Experience: 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
