This strategic position is focused on expanding Suburban Propane's market presence, driving sales growth, and enhancing client relations within a designated geographical region. As a pivotal figure in our sales team, you will lead initiatives to identify market opportunities, formulate growth strategies, and forge strong relationships with new and existing customers. Develop and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned region. Identify and prioritize potential customers and markets to maximize growth and profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and deploy targeted strategies that address customer needs. Manage, mentor, and lead a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement. Analyze regional market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies and maintain competitive edge. Prepare regular sales forecasts and detailed reports on market conditions and sales outcomes.
