Job Description:
Clinician I or II We are seeking passionate clinicians to join
our team and provide mental health services to youth and families
in our community. This is an exciting opportunity to make a
difference as part of a new community-based program. In this role,
you will conduct assessments, provide prevention services,
screening, and short-term family therapy to address barriers to
mental health. You will be trained in evidence-based modalities
such as family psychotherapy. Responsibilities also include
screening, assessment, conducting therapy sessions, and
coordinating care by making referrals to partners for additional
services like substance use treatment or long-term therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, screening, and short-term family
therapy
- Provide individual and group therapy in various settings
- Give clinical consultation and training to staff, if
experienced
- Act as primary contact for service plans and communicate at all

Requirements for Clinician I:
- Master's degree in Social Work or related clinical field
- License eligible with limited permit if applicable
- Knowledge of mental health services, advocacy, and billing
- Valid driver's license and meet driving standards
- LCSW/LMFT/LCAT/LMHC Requirements for Clinician II:
- Master's degree in Social Work or related clinical field
- Minimum 3 years relevant clinical experience
- License eligible with limited permit if applicable
- Knowledge of mental health services, advocacy, and billing
- Valid driver's license and meet driving standards

- $52,446 - $82,446 Benefits:
