Description

The YMCA is seeking energetic, customer service-driven candidates for our front desk position at our Binghamton branch.

As a Front Desk Representative you will be tasked with:

Answering calls and directing as necessary
Problem solving any issues that come up with our membership
Checking members in and out
Signing up new members, and new program participants
Answering questions on all programs/services offered by the YMCA Salary:

$13.20 per hour

Job Type:

Part-time

Shift:

Saturdays 11:30am-4pm and Sundays 12pm-4pm

Benefits:
- Free YMCA membership to use at both locations
- Paid sick time Requirements
  - Minimum age requirement is 18 years
  - Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
  - Excellent communication skills are required
