Job Description:

organized, and resourceful? Join our human services team as a
Program Support Specialist.
The Program Support Specialist is responsible for the completion of
projects that support human services operations of the Residential
and Clinical Departments, across three counties, as well as the
management of the front office area at Cutler Pond.
These are a few of the things the Program Support Specialist will
do:
Compile information and complete mailings
Create and maintain databases and other tracking mechanisms
Coordinate special projects, identify required resources, and
facilitate the project through to completion
Coordinate the referral, intake, and discharge processes for
Residential Services
Provide clerical assistance on a regular basis including typing
correspondence, maintaining electronic and other filing systems,
recording meeting minutes, copying/duplicating materials, ordering
supplies, etc.
Provide oversight to the visitor management and front office
operations at assigned location
Complete required documentation and reviews in conformance with
rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and billing practices
Teamwork:
Encourage and maintain a positive working relationship with all
departments in the agency, parents, staff, consumer, and community
partners
Communicate all health, safety, consumer and/or program concerns,
sensitive situations, and incidents to supervisor
Attend and participate in all required and/or requested
departmental or agency meetings and trainings
Skills:
Possess good interpersonal, written, oral, and communication
abilities and effective time management, organizational, and
problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and as a member of a team
Able to manage multiple projects and complete assignments with
extreme attention to detail; grammar, spelling, punctuation, and
report/letter writing must be excellent
Be computer literate with knowledge in agency operating systems and
applicable software required for department needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates Degree and a minimum of three (3) years' experience
working in a related field --OR-- A combination of education and
experience that in the opinion of the reviewing agency, exceeds the
above standards of the program
Possess a valid driver's license acceptable to the agency's
insurance carrier
