University in Binghamton, NY. Candidate will work within a fast
pace, dynamic environment. Overseeing day to day operations within
our MarketPlace that supports 12 various food outlets as well as a
Dunkin outlet. Scheduling, cash handling, inventory/ordering for
our Subway outlet, supporting customer service and maintain HACCP
controls are part of daily functions. Position manages mostly
afternoons and early evenings. Recipe compliance, building safety

needed; and * can demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food
Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC), and is
proficient in computer skills and report management experience.

Assists in the management of multi-functional food service areas
