Lourdes, a part of Ascension, is looking for a caring and
compassionate RN Lead to join the team as part of our Clinics
Located at 303 Main St and 280 Robinson St Residency in Binghamton,
New York. In this Role, you will be Leading staff in performing
clinical or patient care activities. Ascension is a faith-based

Responsibilities: Leads or coordinates daily operations of
assigned activities, resources, and/or associates. Serves as a
technical or functional resource and performs similar duties with
staff. Assigns, monitors and reviews progress of work and
compliance with policies and/or procedures. Oversees and evaluates
orientation and training of assigned associates. May provide input
in the review and evaluation of staff performance.
- Works with the providers in the clinic as well as
administrative duties. Performs vitals. Designs, interprets and
implements clinical policies and procedures.
Complexity of Work:
- Within the scope of the job, requires critical thinking skills,
decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
Personal Protective Equipment:
- Follow Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment
Full-time; 40 Hour Work Week. Monday Through Friday
8:00AM-4:30PM. No week-ends or Holidays.

What You Will Do
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established
policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for
well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with
members of the healthcare team.
What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or
job transfer date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the New York Board of
Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
