We Are Hiring RN - Registered Nurse - Seton 2 Ortho - PT Nights - Our Lady of Lourdes Mem Hosp - Binghamton, NY Part time, 62 hours bi-weekly, night shift position. **Sign on bonus up to $15,000** As our Orthopedic Registered Nurse, you will help patients with musculoskeletal issues like broken or fractured bones, arthritis, osteoporosis, joint replacements, and other injuries and diseases. You are an integral part of the orthopedic team working alongside of the orthopedic surgeon; and ensuring that patients on the road to recovery with properly regaining strength and range of motion. Nurses are at the heart of the care we provide, and for that reason, Lourdes prides itself in employing some of the best nurses in New York State.  We work together to achieve a highly collaborative nursing environment that leads to more positive outcomes for you and your patients.  As a professional nurse with Inpatient Orthopedics Nursing Unit at Lourdes in Binghamton, New York, you will have the opportunity to provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. The main hospital campus includes medical, surgical and specialty nursing units, an Ambulatory Care Center, Breast Care Center, a Regional Cancer Center and numerous specialty practices. Reaching beyond the main hospital campus, Lourdes has established a network of primary care providers at 12 convenient sites throughout the region; and the Lourdes at Home and Hospice programs which care for patients in their homes and various nursing facilities. What You Will Do As an Associate with Our Lady of Lourdes Mem Hosp-N, you will have the opportunity to provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. Responsibilities: Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate. Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders. Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. What You Will Need Licenses/Certifications/Registration: Required Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within  1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Registered Nurse credentialed from the  New York Board of Nursing  obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education & Work Experience: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. None required.
