Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in the food manufacturing
industry, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a
Production Operator you will be part of the production department
supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have
a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a collaborative
spirit, which will align successfully in the organization. Job
Title: Production Operator Location: Norwich, NY Pay Range: $21
Shift: Rotating Days 7:15am - 7:45pm What's the Job? Adhere to all
safety policies and procedures while maintaining a hazard-free work
area. Follow oral and written work instructions to ensure smooth
production flow. Ensure cleanliness of the workstation when
beginning work and at shift-end. Verify and feed raw materials into
the production process, ensuring quality standards are met. Monitor
machinery for malfunctions, report issues, and investigate
discrepancies to maintain optimal operation. What's Needed? High
school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to work well with others
in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong communication skills,
including reading, writing, and basic mathematical calculations.
Physical ability to stand, walk, kneel, reach, climb, pull, and
bend frequently. Willingness to work in various environmental
conditions, including hot, cold, wet, and humid settings, and to
work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required. What's in
