Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a
Production Worker General (Production Operative) . As a Production
Worker General (Production Operative) - Rotating, you will be part
of the manufacturing department supporting production operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a
proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team
environment, which will align successfully in the organization. Job
Title: Production Worker General (Production Operative) - Rotating
Location: Norwich, NY Pay Range: $21 Shift: Rotating 12-hour shifts
from 7:15 PM to 7:45 AM, with a schedule of 3 days on, 3 days off,
2 days on, 2 days off, including every other weekend off. What's
the Job? Operate and assist with all manufacturing equipment
including blenders, packaging, filtration devices, and more. Ensure
proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas
following GMP standards. Perform in-process testing to verify
product quality and specifications. Accurately complete master
batch records and maintain documentation standards. Support safety
initiatives by observing and enforcing safety protocols and
practices. What's Needed? No prior experience required; training
will be provided. Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and operate a
forklift safely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to
safety. Willingness to perform various tasks including cleaning,
maintenance, and equipment operation. Ability to work rotating
shifts and adapt to changing schedules. What's in it for me?
