What You'll Be Doing Safely operate a Ready Mix truck to deliver concrete to construction sites. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and readiness. Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned vehicle. Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations. What Are We Looking For Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with clean driving record. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service. Capability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Must meet company and DOT standards for driving and safety compliance. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
