- Work closely with Service Coordinator as needed to
appropriately resolve “field tickets” with remote resources.
- Monitor dedicated dashboard to ensure Techs and Engineers are
working and resolving tickets efficiently.
- Work with Techs and Engineers to resolve escalated deficiencies
in infrastructure by troubleshooting with them.
- Mentor/Coach team members on technical issues as needed
- Identify and provide solutions for trends that indicate a
negative impact on your team’s effectiveness or efficiency to

- Industry-related experience as a Senior Engineer
- 2 Professional certifications (e.g. CCNA, MCSE)
- Solid background in network administration and
- In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly
TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g. OSPF)
