Job Description:

Manager of Organizational Effectiveness who will be instrumental in
enhancing our organizational structures and practices to ensure
peak efficiency and sustainability. This role is pivotal in
ensuring that our workforce is well-prepared and aligned with the
company’s strategic objectives and energy industry demands. As part
of our leadership team, you will drive initiatives that transform,
optimize, and ensure the effective operation of organization-wide
systems and processes. Lead organizational development strategies
aimed at workforce enhancement and process improvement. Implement
programs that increase productivity and align with overall
strategic goals of Constellation. Work closely with senior
management to design and refine company structures, roles, and
responsibilities. Monitor the effectiveness of new systems and
processes, making adjustments as necessary to meet company goals.
Facilitate change management processes to ensure staff buy-in and
smooth adoption of new methods. Collaborate with HR to support
talent management and leadership development, ensuring a pipeline
of future leaders. Analyze organizational processes and recommend
data-driven improvements. Strong leadership and management
abilities Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as
Lean, Six Sigma Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics Capability in
managing change effectively within a large organization Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certification in
Project Management (PMP) Certified Six Sigma Black Belt Change
Management Certification (e.g., Prosci Certified Change
Practitioner)
