industry. Summary Description: We are seeking an experienced Talent
Acquisition Coordinator to lead and scale our recruiting function
across a growing organization of 400 employees and 60 locations.
This role is responsible for developing hiring strategies,
optimizing recruitment operations, and building a strong employer
brand. You will lead Talent Acquisition and partner closely with
business leaders to ensure we attract, hire, and retain top-tier
talent that supports our organizational goals. Stores located in 11
states, headquartered in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities: Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning: Develop and
execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with
organizational growth plans across 60 locations. Partner with
business leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop workforce
plans. Build recruiting roadmaps for high-volume and hard to fill
roles. Recruiting Process Ownership: Establish performance metrics
and ensure consistent, high-quality candidate experience. Oversee
full-cycle recruitment for leadership and critical roles. Process
Optimization, Technology and Compliance: Create scalable recruiting
processes, workflows, and standards for a multi-location
organization. Implement best practices for candidate evaluation,
interviewing, and selection. Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
performance and enhancements. Analyze recruiting data, create
dashboards, and deliver insights to executive leadership. Ensure
data consistency and use Predictive Index to drive candidate
decision making. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local
employment laws. Internship Program & Campus Engagement: Coordinate
and support the organization’s Internship Program, including
recruiting, onboarding coordination, and intern communications.
Partner with internal stakeholders to support intern engagement,
tracking, and program logistics. Build and maintain relationships
with colleges, universities, and technical schools to support
early-career talent pipelines Employer Branding and Candidate
Experience: Advance employer branding initiatives, including
digital presence, recruitment events, and community partnerships.
Improve candidate experience through streamlined communication and
efficient assessment practices. This job description may not cover

College Degree or equivalent experience Experience: One (1) year of
successful talent acquisition ATS software and HRIS proficiency,
Paylocity preferred Knowledge of behavioral based assessments and
interviews, Predictive Index experience a plus Compliance
knowledge, multi-state experience a plus Requirements: Valid
driver’s license and insurable Pass background check and drug
screening Physical Demands: Stand, sit, and walk for long periods
of time Be able to manage a variety of stressful situations Some
travel by car and occasionally by airplane Ability to train and
