Healthcare or nurse recruitment experience a plus but not required. Responsibilities The Recruiter or Senior Recruiter is responsible for performing full life cycle recruitment for an exciting and diverse slate of positions across the United Health Services Healthcare System (UHS). Develop robust and creative recruitment and sourcing strategies that generate high quality, talented, and diverse applicants. Build relationships with local and regional recruitment sources including schools, colleges and community organizations. Act as an ambassador of the UHS values when interacting with the public. Develop strategic relationships with hiring managers and UHS leadership. Collaborate with colleagues in Human Resources to provide a candidate experience that sets UHS apart from its competition. Participates in the development of the Strategic Recruitment Plan on an annual basis. Master the use of all applicable recruitment platforms. Participate in the implementation of the Workday ATS and Beamery CRM Represent Talent Acquisition in cross-functional work teams. Participate in departmental process improvement initiatives. Participate in a team environment where collaboration and support for one another are seen as critical success factors. The Senior Recruiter will act as a mentor to Recruiters and Recruitment Coordinators. Work hard and have fun Position Qualifications Senior Recruiter: Bachelor Degree or equivalent and six years of related experience Recruiter: Bachelor---s degree or equivalent and three years of related experience Human Resources certification a plus (e.g., PHR) Three (3) years of previous recruitment experience in nursing or healthcare a plus Working knowledge of the principles and techniques of behavioral based interviewing a plus About United Health Services United Health Services is a not-for-profit healthcare system serving more than 500,000 people in Upstate New York---s Southern Tier region.
