Neurosurgery PA opening in NYOpportunity in Cooperstown, NY; Albany 75m, Syracuse 80mFull TimePermanent PositionSeeking BCNYS license requiredJoin an established group of 2 Surgeons and 1 Advanced Practice Clinician or Nurse Practitioner.Responsibilities include clinic where you will see new and established patients, post-op visits, telemedicine, floor management of post-op patients, and first assisting in the OR.No Neurosurgery call General Surgical call is optionalNo current residents on Neurosurgery team - Medical Center has a strong relationship with the University of Rochester Medical Center and Columbia University for teaching, education, and resident involvement.Previous surgical experience preferred but not essentialHours include, but not limited to: Clinic hours typically run from 8:00-4:30, and OR days are variable with two-to-three occurrences per weekComp/Benefits: Salary Range: $122,086 - $150,000Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standardsSign-on bonus up to $50,000Comprehensive benefit package, including but not limited to medical, dental, CME (time and money), moving allowance, retirement plan and paid malpractice insuranceClear leadership pathways for our Advanced Practice CliniciansAbout the area:Cooperstown is a charming town nestled amidst the scenic beauty of Otsego Lake and rolling hills.
