Job Description:
Major Duties and Responsibilities: Identifies patient service
requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and
actual patients and other persons in a position to understand
service requirements. Manage imaging staff licensure, PTO
coordination, and day-to-day responsibilities. Onboarding incoming
imaging staff. Maintain a productive workflow. Ensures operation of
radiology equipment by completing preventive maintenance
requirements and daily and weekly QA checks; following
manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling
for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new
equipment and techniques. Maintains radiology supplies inventory by
checking stock to determine the inventory level, anticipating
needed supplies, and connecting with the Materials Manager to place
and expedite orders for supplies. Verifies receipt of supplies.
Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional
requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating
future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising
management on needed actions. Maintaining compliance with
accrediting organizations. Maintains professional and technical
knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing
professional publications; establishing personal networks;
participating in professional societies. Fulfill Research team
and/or physician requests per sponsor criteria; maintain and update
Research scan protocols accordingly. Maintains safe and clean
working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and
regulations. Helps prepare patient for procedures by positioning
patient; adjusting immobilization devices, moving equipment into
specified position; adjusting equipment controls to set exposure
factors. Minimizes radiation to patient and staff by practicing
radiation protection techniques, using beam restrictive devices,
patient shielding, and knowledge of exposure factors. Protects
patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies
and protocols; following drug protocols in case of reactions to
drugs, such as contrast media, administering first aid, and using
the emergency cart. Maintains production and quality of radiographs
by following established standards and procedures; developing
radiographs; observing radiographic results; making necessary
adjustments. Documents patient care services by charting in patient
and department records. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications To

Education and/or Experience Successfully completed radiologic
education with passing of national board certification; active
holder of state license Language Skills Ability to read and
interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine
correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before individuals or
groups of people. Mathematical Skills Ability to calculate basic
figures and amounts. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and
geometry. Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and
deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only
limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of
instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual
should have knowledge of basic computer software. Other Skills and
Abilities Strong written and oral communication skills Demonstrate

business day. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a
full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through
Friday, approximately 8 hours per workday. Occasional evening and

Salary Range: Please note that the salary range for this position
will vary based on experience level, education and geographical
location. $69,424.00 - $104,136.00 / year U.S. Urology Partners is
