Job Description Heart Failure Cardiologist Opening in
Cooperstown, NYLocated at the base of the Adirondack Mountains; 75
miles from Albany, NY Position Information: - Full-time, permanent
position - Hospital employed - Seeking a Heart Failure Cardiologist
to join the staff. The faculty practice consists of 15
cardiologists, 2 surgeons, and 18 advanced practice clinicians. -
Provide clinical and consultative care within the hospital and
office setting. From prevention and detection to surgery and
rehabilitation, Bassett provides a full range of cardiovascular
testing services including MRI, CT, echo and nuclear cardiology. To
include: - Academic appointment with Columbia University, and
clinical affiliation with their advanced heart failure service -
Outpatient, Inpatient and Regional Patient Care - Teaching of
cardiology fellows, internal medicine residents, and medical
students - Salary Range: $500,000 - $545,000. This compensation
range represents good-faith belief in the compensation range at the
time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety
of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications,
experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair
market evaluation based on industry standards. - Health system
offers physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap.
Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance
compensation with potential upside realized within the first year
of employment. - Sign-on bonus up to $100,000 - Group Employed
Model Resources: - Cardiac Cath Lab with STEMI and structural
program - Electrophysiology program with a full range of device
implantation and ablation programs - Cardiac surgery service
Qualifications: - MD, DO or MBBS - Board Eligible/Board Certified
in ABIM Cardiovascular Disease - New York State Licensure - BLS &
ACLS Certifications Required - DEA Required Benefits: - Medical,
