Job Description ENT opening - Cooperstown, NYH1b EligiblePosition Details: - Full-time, permanent - Hospital employed - Instant Referral Base provided by over 100 Primary Care Clinicians - Procedures include breast & reconstructive surgery, flaps, complex wound care, complex hernia repairs, facial trauma reconstruction, hand surgery, cosmetic surgery, micro surgery, peripheral nerve surgery, and more - Full Support Staff including APC's with Surgical Residents and Medical Student Interaction - Call Responsibility limited to Primary Hospital - Opportunity to teach - Some travel to outreach sites - Full-spectrum case mix and diverse patient population - EMR-EPIC - Salary Range: $432,807-$645,439. This compensation range represents good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standard - Health system offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap.
