Job Description Family Medicine opening in Honesdale Pennsylvania Description:We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). We are a progressive, multi-specialty group with Medical, Dental, and Behavioral Health sites throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania. We are seeking a full-time Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team and provide comprehensive medical care to our diverse patient population. Our primary care practices are outpatient only, business hours with very limited night or weekend obligations. Call is limited to rotating phone support. Inpatient service is provided by the systems' hospitalist group. Candidates can follow their own inpatients if desired. EMR platform is GE Centricity which is integrated with the hospital system. Practice is in the process of seeking level III medical home certification.Work in the breathtaking Northern Pocono Mountain region, surrounded by lakes, lush foliage. Enjoy boating, hiking, skiing and golf locally. NYC is a two hour drive and Philadelphia is less than three hours.
