Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/05/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Job Details: • Work on a 34-bed medical surgical unit • Practice primary and team nursing model • Provide care for primary stroke patients • Collaborate with nursing assistants who perform vital signs, glucometer readings, and blood draws • Work alongside IV team for specialized procedures • Participate with BERT Team (Behavioral Emergency Response Team) • Deliver comprehensive medical surgical nursing care • Coordinate patient care within team nursing environment Facility: This medical center provides comprehensive healthcare services with specialized units including a dedicated medical surgical department.
