- End Date: December 2, 2024 - Unit: 4 South – Med/Surg Telemetry -
Shift: 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week - Guaranteed Hours: 36
hours per week - Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1,990–$2,130 per

Qualifications - Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN)
license (New York State or compact state) - Minimum 1 year of
recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience - BLS certification
required (American Heart Association preferred) - Strong clinical
assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills - Ability
to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare setting Med/Surg
Tele RN Responsibilities - Provide high-quality nursing care to
patients on the Med/Surg Telemetry unit - Monitor, assess, and
document patient conditions, vital signs, and progress - Administer
medications and treatments according to physician orders -
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate
patient care - Educate patients and families on care plans,
procedures, and discharge instructions - Maintain accurate, timely,
