Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/29/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Stepdown Job Details: • Work in a 24-bed telemetry unit with capability of caring for 8 step down patients • Patient ratios: 3:1 for step down patients, 5:1 for day shift, 7:1 for night shift • ACLS certification required • Responsibilities include medication administration, patient assessments, and care plan development • Physical requirements include pushing, pulling, and lifting • Work within a team nursing model • Strong communication and teamwork skills essential • Care for patients in large rooms equipped with private bathrooms and showers Facility: This medical center provides comprehensive healthcare services with a focus on telemetry and step-down care.
