Job Description Guthrie Medical Group seeks a Fellowship-Trained, Board-Certified, or Eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist with transesophageal echocardiography examination (TEE) certification for our expanding team. This position will include a faculty position in our Residency program. Opportunity Highlights - Anesthesiology Residency Program started in July 2020 - 18 state-of-the-art operating rooms - Approximately 250 open cardiac cases annually, as well as TAVR and advanced vascular surgery performed in a hybrid operating room. The position also involves working in the Cath Lab with our cardiologists. - Fellowship trained in Cardiac Anesthesiology or in the certification process, as well as certified in Echocardiography or the certification process. - Robust EHR used in all areas, including the operating room (EPIC 10-Star health system top 1% of EPIC Organizations) - The Anesthesia Department manages the OR schedule, providing the structure for a smooth, efficient workday.
