Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Serve as an occupational therapist in a school setting located in Binghamton, NY, providing essential support for students developmental and functional needs. This full-time contract position runs from March 1, 2026, to June 1, 2026, with the possibility to renew for the following school year. Responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized occupational therapy interventions to assist students in achieving educational and personal goals. You will work collaboratively with educators and other specialists to reorganize and manage caseloads effectively, ensuring each student receives appropriate services. This role requires on-site presence at the Binghamton campus and involves direct interaction with students and staff. Preferred qualifications and experience: - Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license with relevant school-based experience - Ability to assess and deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to childrens needs in an educational environment - Strong organizational skills to manage and restructure caseloads efficiently - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams - Prior experience in school systems or working with children is highly desirable Location: Binghamton, NY Position Type: Full-Time, Contract (March 1, 2026 June 1, 2026) Onsite work required This role offers the chance to support childrens growth and learning through specialized occupational therapy.
