Job Description:
RL Communities is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior
Living Community Manager to oversee the operations of our vibrant
senior residential communities. This role is pivotal in providing
an exceptional living experience for our residents by managing
daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and
service are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background
in property management, exceptional leadership skills, and a
compassionate approach to the healthcare aspects of senior living.
They will be responsible for maintaining the quality and
effectiveness of our services, including recreational activities,
events, and continuous care efforts tailored specifically for the
senior demographic. Lead and supervise the community staff to
ensure top-quality care and services. Plan, organize, and direct
the overall operation of the residence according to RL Communities'
standards. Manage budgeting and financial management, including
billing and collection of residential fees. Ensure compliance with
all local, state, and federal regulations concerning healthcare in
the community. Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure
residents' medical needs are met. Oversee the maintenance and
upkeep of the physical plant. Coordinate community programs aiming
to enhance the quality of life for residents. Strong leadership and
people management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proactive and effective problem-solving ability
Knowledgeable about healthcare regulations and property management
Ability to manage budgets and understand financial reports Medical

Certified Assisted Living Manager (CALM) optional but preferred Any
relevant state-specific certifications for managing senior living
communities
