Academic Family Medicine ResidencyEmployment Type: Full-Time,
permanent positionPosition Highlights Lead the launch of the new
Rural Family Medicine Residency Program Collaborate with urban site
residency program and SUNY Program anticipated ACGME accreditation
in early 2025; first resident class begins July 2026 Oversee
curriculum development, faculty supervision, and resident
evaluation Participate in resident recruitment, selection, and GME
Committee activities Provide clinical care in Family Medicine
alongside residency duties 50% FTE devoted to residency
administration, teaching, and supervisionRequirements MD or DO
degree Board certified in Family Medicine (ABFM or AOBFP) Current
or eligible New York medical license and DEA Minimum 3 years of
faculty experience in a Family Medicine residency, including
administrative responsibilities Demonstrated leadership in
curriculum development, teaching, mentoring, and evaluation Passion
for graduate medical education and program developmentCompensation
& Benefits Salary range: $270,000 – $350,400 annually Competitive
