RN Qualifications/n /n - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in
the state of New York/n - Associate of Applied Science in Nursing
(AAS) from an accredited nursing program/n - Minimum 1 year of
recent med/surg nursing experience/n - At least 1 year of vascular
access experience (PICC, Midline, Ultrasound-Guided IVs)/n -
Proficiency with Epic EMR preferred/n - Strong clinical assessment

Responsibilities/n /n - Perform comprehensive nursing assessments
for patients requiring vascular access/n - Consult, assess, and
insert vascular access devices including PICC lines, Midlines, and
Ultrasound-Guided IVs/n - Collaborate with healthcare providers,
clinical staff, and patients to coordinate vascular access
procedures/n - Lead and participate in staff training and education
on vascular access best practices/n - Work independently utilizing
the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care/n - Review
patient charts and conduct patient interviews to ensure optimal
