Job Description Assistant Medical Director – Emergency Medicine
- Binghamton, New York Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible
Emergency Medicine physician for an Assistant Medical Director
role. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EM
physician, chief resident, or administration fellow looking to
advance into leadership. Position Highlights: • 36,000 annual ED
visits with fast-track • 44 hours of EM physician coverage and 12
hours of APC coverage daily • Blocked shift options available •
High-acuity patient population • Designated Stroke Center with
strong specialty backup • EMR: Epic Leadership & Compensation: •
Assistant Medical Director stipend 11 hour or 12 hour shifts •
$230–$260/hour with opportunity for additional incentives •
Independent contractor status • Relocation assistance available •
CME through internal learning platform • Professional liability
insurance with tail Candidate Requirements: • Board
Certified/Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM) • NY license
