Job Description Oral Surgeon opening in NYLocated in Binghamton,
70m to SyracuseFull Time PositionJoin a reputable, collaborative
oral surgery practice serving the Greater Binghamton region. You’ll
perform a wide range of oral and maxillofacial procedures,
utilizing modern digital tools and working alongside a skilled team
of restorative specialists. Opportunities for professional growth,

key highlights of this position.Key Responsibilities:Perform oral
and maxillofacial procedures such as extractions, implant plments,
bone grafting, and surgical exposure of impacted teeth.Provide IV
sedation and administer anesthesia to ensure patient safety and
comfort.Collaborate closely with in-house prosthodontists on
complex restorative and full-arch rehabilitation cases.Use advanced
dental imaging and surgical planning technologies, including
digital workflows and robotics where available.Deliver
patient-centered care with clarity, empathy, and
efficiency.Participate in ongoing professional development and
adopt emerging surgical technologies.Qualifications:DDS or DMD from
an accredited dental school.Completed residency in Oral &
Maxillofacial Surgery.Certification and demonstrable experience in
IV sedation.Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred;
exceptional recent graduates are encouraged to apply.Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented
approach.Strong ethical standards and commitment to outstanding
