Job Description Neurology – Interventional Neurologist Opportunity Location: Johnson City, NY Growing neurosciences program with a strong focus on stroke and neurosurgical care.Position created to meet increasing demand for interventional neurology services.Facilities include:• ~220-bed community-based hospital offering medical, surgical, and rehab services• ~280-bed teaching hospital with Level II trauma designation and pending Comprehensive Stroke Center status• 14-bed Medical/Surgical/Neuro ICU (flexible use) and a 16-bed cardiovascular ICUStroke and neuro-interventional programs already established and performing ~1500 stroke cases annually, with ~175–200 interventional and 200–250 diagnostic cases per year.Practice Highlights:• Faculty appointment available with a regional academic medical center• Advanced Practice Clinician support• EPIC EMR• Collaborative environment with neurosurgery and neurointensivists (2 fellowship-trained neurointensivists in the NeuroICU)• Bi-planar angio, Camino ICP monitoring, CSF drainage equipment, and cEEG monitoring availablePosition Details:• ~26 weeks of service per year• ~150 interventional and ~250 diagnostic cases annually• Close collaboration with neurosurgery and critical careCompensation & Benefits:• Competitive salary ($300,000 – $400,000 annually)• Student loan forgiveness and training stipend available
