Job Description Pathologist opportunity in Oswego, NYAbout the Opportunity:Located 20 miles from SyracuseSeeking a board-certified/board-eligible Anatomic and Clinical-Pathologic to join a growing service in a full-time capacityThis role will consist of overseeing the operation of the anatomic pathology and laboratory, including monitoring competency policies for staff and promoting a safe laboratory environment. Additionally, the incoming physician with advise on the clinical significance of lab findings and ensure test reports include proper context. Increased census with adding new services and clinicians; currently 1 full time physician who would like to eventually drop to part time with the addition of full time physicianTypes of Procedures/Cases: General Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology in a community hospital-based health system.
