Location: Elmira, NY Schedule: Full time M- W 7am to 4pm/ TH 7am to
2pm Compensation: Daily guarantee or 30% of Collections; whichever

environment Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and
motivated full-time General Dentist to join our team. The ideal
candidate is patient-focused, clinically confident, eager to learn
and grow, and committed to providing exceptional dental care. You
will have the opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry while
being supported by a highly trained team and efficient systems.
Responsibilities Diagnose and treat dental conditions using
evidence-based practices Perform comprehensive general dentistry
procedures Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate
with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to deliver
excellent patient experiences Uphold all clinical, ethical, and
regulatory standards Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited
dental program Active NY dental license Strong clinical skills and
sound treatment planning abilities Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Commitment to patient-centered care Dental
Sleep Medicine experience is a plus but not necessary. Training
available from a Board Certified Professional Compensation &
