Job Description Job Description Job Title: EEG Technician Location: Syracuse, NY Shift: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Schedule: 5 shifts per week (Every Other Weekend Required) Pay Rate: Local: $55–$60/hour| Travel: $64–$68/hour (including stipends) Position Overview: Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a EEG Technician for an exciting Travel job in Syracuse, NY. Key Responsibilities Perform routine EEG studies following ASET guidelines Conduct EEG testing for neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients Measure and apply electrodes accurately for all patient populations Enter raw data and prepare recordings for physician review Perform descriptive analysis of EEG waveforms and observed patterns Edit and review 24-hour EEG monitoring data Maintain EEG equipment and acquisition stations Report equipment malfunctions and document in logbook Provide patient and family education and support Adhere to hospital and departmental policies and procedures Required Qualifications Registered EEG Technologist (R. EEG T.)
