our behavioral health team in Syracuse as a Mental Health Therapy
Aide supporting evening-shift operations. This role is critical in
providing therapeutic assistance and maintaining a safe environment
for patients in psychiatric and behavioral health settings. Why

Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or GED
Certification/Licenses: Current CPR certification is required
Experience: Minimum 1 year in mental health settings Direct
psychiatric/behavioral health experience required Soft Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities Proven
collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams Key
Responsibilities: Provide direct therapeutic support and crisis
intervention Monitor patient safety and behavior during evening
shifts Assist with group activities and daily therapeutic programs
Document patient interactions and report changes to clinical staff
Maintain a therapeutic environment consistent with facility
