Job Description - Neonatologist needed " Finger Lakes Region - 8 24-hour in-house shifts/month, block scheduling; open to commuters - No call or weekend requirements beyond scheduled shifts - Level III NICU; 20 beds; avg. 1,500 deliveries/year, census 13"15 - NNP support 24/7; covers high-risk deliveries, transport, assessments - Physicians work with strong NICU, nursing, and pediatric sub-specialty teams - Care for critically ill newborns; conventional and HFOV ventilation used - 15"20% admissions are outside hospital transports; regional referral center - Candidates must be BC/BE in Neonatology and Pediatrics, NY license (or willing), DEA required before start - No locums or visa sponsorship; new grads eligible if fellowship completed before start - Salary: $250,000"$325,000 DOE, sign-on bonus, relocation, full benefits (health, dental, vision, life, disability), CME, 401k w/ match, malpractice with tail, licensure covered - Location: Scenic Finger Lakes, close to Corning and Ithaca, strong schools, culture, outdoors, wineries
