ASAP About the Position Health Advocates Network is currently
seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to work at a facility in
Elmira , NY. These are registry positions with our company. Pay
Rate : $65 / hour *W2 Shift Details : Night Shift (10:45pm-7:15am)
RN Supervisor, full time, every other weekend, 8-hour shifts/40
hours a week. We could possibly split this to 2 part time RN night
supervisors, every other weekend, 8-hour shifts/24 hours a week if
we cannot find a full time. 26-week assignment. Job
Responsibilities: Oversee daily nursing operations and staff
assignments Ensure patients receive proper care and treatment
Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance Provide guidance and
support to nursing team Ensure compliance with healthcare
regulations and facility policies Assist in training and onboarding
of new nurses Address patient or family concerns and resolve issues
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff Maintain
accurate patient and staff records Report to nursing director or
facility manager regularly The requirements are: At least one year
(12 months) of experience as a Registered Nurse Supervisor. A valid
and current RN license issued in the state of NY A valid and
current CPR card (American Heart Association) Proficiency in the
English language is necessary for communication with other staff
and patients. RN must be able to communicate effectively in oral
