Pharmacist Location: Ithaca, NY Agency: Job.com Pay: $2,900 to $3,000 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 8 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position We are seeking an experienced Outpatient / Specialty Pharmacist to join a growing specialty pharmacy program. This role involves both clinical and dispensing responsibilities , with a strong focus on collaboration and patient-centered care. The pharmacist will support a specialty pharmacy serving primarily oncology patients and will work closely with providers, pharmacy staff, and support teams to ensure high-quality care and efficient medication access. Key Responsibilities Perform clinical and dispensing pharmacy duties Support specialty pharmacy operations Collaborate with healthcare providers, primarily in oncology Work with the Prior Authorization and Financial Assistance teams Coordinate with transportation and patient support services Utilize EPIC Compass Rose for pharmacy documentation and workflows Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and best practices Requirements Minimum 2 years of pharmacist experience Mandatory experience with EPIC Compass Rose Active Pharmacist license (state-compliant) Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting
