Schedule 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM Job Description We are seeking a Med/Surg Telemetry Nurse for a 34-bed unit specializing in stroke care. This position utilizes a team nursing approach and requires advanced certifications including ACLS and NIH stroke scale. The nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities - Provide direct patient care in collaboration with a nursing team. - Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform blood draws and glucose checks as needed. - Implement and optimize patient care plans according to best practices. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure - State License Verification - Active and valid. - ACLS and NIH certification required. - Must complete all onboarding health history requirements, including, but not limited to, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, TB test, Varicella, and Tdap.
