Schedule Night shift from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM Job Description We are seeking experienced and dedicated IMCU/PCU Registered Nurses for a challenging yet rewarding role in a fast-paced environment. The unit consists of 64 beds, including 15 designated Neuro beds, and provides care for patients with a variety of conditions such as Neuro, Cardiac, Trauma, and Respiratory issues. Responsibilities - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the IMCU/PCU unit. - Utilize specialty equipment such as temporary pacers, chest tubes, A lines, Bipap, and vents. - Monitor and assess patients, implementing care plans effectively. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. - Float to other units as required based on patient needs. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure - Minimum of 2 years of experience in IMCU/PCU nursing. - Travel experience is required. - Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. - Active RN license in New York and all RN licenses verified through NURSYS. - Experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC.
