We’re seeking a strong leader who can inspire, guide, and elevate our hospitalist program to new heights! As the Medical Director, you’ll: ? Lead and manage a dynamic Hospital Medicine team (full-time leadership role) ? Oversee inpatient care quality, safety, and efficiency ? Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to implement best practices ? Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards ? Support recruitment, retention, and staff development ? Utilize Epic EMR for efficient documentation and workflow ? Work 40–50 hours/week (Mon–Fri) — NO weekends, NO call! Requirements Requirements Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 2 years) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active NY Medical License (or willingness to obtain) Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in an acute care setting Clean malpractice and license history No visa sponsorship available Not accepting Locum Tenens or new graduates Benefits What We Offer ?
